Why do I need to register my Contact Lens Prescription?
By law we are required to have a written contact lens prescription with contact lens specifications from your doctor before we can replace lenses.

What if I don't have my current prescription?
If you call, fax, mail, or email us your eyecare professional's name and telephone number, our trained staff will call to obtain your contact lens prescription.

How do I know that I am receiving the same contact lenses that my doctor prescribed?
We are required to replace the exact brand, type, and specifications that were prescribed and fitted by your doctor. The only variation can be colors, if they are manufactured in your brand.

Why do I need to replace my contact lenses?
Often unwanted deposits, scratches and tears appear unseen that can harm your eyes. For the safety of your eyes, frequent replacement is recommended.

How much will my membership cost?
Nothing. There is no membership fee.

Do you charge to obtain my contact lens prescription?
No.

When will my lenses be shipped?
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours! Next day service is available for emergency replacement.

Why do I need a separate contact lens prescription if I already have one for glasses?
A contact lens Rx is very different than a glasses Rx. Contact lenses are designed to fit the exact shape of your eye and require different measurements than glasses.

Do I still need to visit my eye doctor?
Absolutely! We are a contact lens replacement service and do not replace your doctor. But we can offer something your doctor cannot, contact lenses at a substantial savings to you based on the volume of lenses that we sell.
